Climate Intel is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization. Donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. The EIN number of Climate Intel is 92-2901191.

The management team of the foundation consists of:
Drs. Wim Röst (chairman)
Drs. Martine Korpel (secretary)
Jaap van der Most (treasurer).
Management team members are not rewarded for policy-making activities that they carry out for the foundation.
According to the guidelines of the ANBI status, it has been established that in the event of the dissolution of the foundation, the entire remaining amount will be spent on an ANBI with a similar objective.
